Support
Read the docs first, then write in — and here is what to include when you do.
The short version
- Bugs and feature requests: send feedback from inside the desktop app; for usage problems, include the steps that reproduce them.
- Security problems: tell us privately rather than opening a public discussion, so it can be fixed before it is described in the open.
- Response time: we aim for two working days. The service is in early access and there is no formal service-level agreement.
Before you write in
Most questions are answered faster by one of these:
Common things
- I cannot sign in.
- Sign-in uses a phone number and a password; a forgotten password goes through the reset flow that sends a verification code. If the code does not arrive, check your SMS filters and that the number is right — signing in for the first time creates the account, there is no separate registration step.
- A call was refused for balance.
- Catalog endpoints we serve on our shared keys are metered against your workspace's prepaid balance. The console's usage and ledger show the balance and every charge, and top-ups live on the membership and credits page. Each member has a daily call cap so a runaway agent cannot spend without limit.
- I want my API keys removed.
- Deleting the credential in the console removes the stored key; deleting the whole workspace destroys its credentials, tools and skills with it. If you would rather we did it, contact us from the phone number or email on the account.
- Something is charging more than I expected.
- Every metered call is recorded with what it cost, line by line in the ledger. If a price looks wrong, tell us which tool (or tool page) and when, and we will check it against the tool's own rate — catalog prices come from tool rate cards and from what we observe being charged, and both can drift.
- Is my data used for anything else?
- No. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to make the calls you or your team ask for. The privacy policy is the full answer.
Reporting a security issue
Tell us privately, with the details and how to reproduce it. Please do not open a public discussion first. We will confirm we received it, tell you what we found, and credit you when the fix ships if you would like us to.
Self-hosted installations
The server can be deployed on your own infrastructure. We are happy to help through the feedback channel, but we have no access to your deployment and cannot see its data — so please include logs and versions rather than asking us to look.
Contact
The public channel, in-app feedback and (when configured) email are all listed on the contact page. For anything to do with your account, write from the phone number or email bound to it so we can verify who we are talking to.
