TikHub and ScrapeCreators do both halves, keyword search and product reviews; JustOneAPI does search only. TikHub's reviews call also takes a star filter and a sort rule, which saves paging through five-star noise to reach the complaints.
JustOneAPI lists nine markets, ScrapeCreators says in its own docs that US is the reliable region for reviews and that other regions may come back thin or inconsistent, and TikHub takes a region code on every call. Ask for the market you sell in and read the count that comes back.
